It's always interesting to see what the competition is doing, especially if they have a hot phone that every carrier and subscriber wants. The iPhone 3GS has been sold in a few million units so far but that doesn't mean people aren't criticizing it.
And who else is more entitled to criticize than AT&T subscribers. We're going to disregard dropped calls and poor service for now and accept AT&T's excuse that the company is doing its best when it comes to investing in the upgrade of its infrastructure. But what customers really can't accept is the lack of iPhone 3GS MMS support from AT&T.
It took the company more than two months to launch the update needed for iPhone owners to be able to send MMS messages. And from the looks of it, even after launch the service is not as fast and reliable as one would have hopped. How does MMS work on your phone?
