Besides the BlackBerry Storm 2 which we're all waiting to arrive, there's another phone that deserves your attention. The BlackBerry 9700 also known as the Onyx has been spotted in the wild and people are waiting for it to arrive at some point in November.
The rumored launch date is November 11 although we don't have any specific information right now. The Onyx is supposed to be T-Mobile's first 3G BlackBerry phone and here's a list of expected features:
- New Trackpad
- Quad-band GSM/GPRS/EDGE
- UMTS/HSDPA
- 480×360 resolution screen
- OS 5.0
- QWERTY keyboard
- 3.2 megapixel AF camera
- Bluetooth and WiFi connectivity
Now that you happen to have a basic idea of what this BlackBerry Onyx can do, what are you more likely to choose? Is it RIM's new Storm or the Onyx? Are you more interested in becoming a Verizon or T-Mobile subscriber?
