There's a new hot BlackBerry smartphone in town, and it answers to the name of Storm 2. The Storm successor is meant to be a great phone. Or at least that's what we're hoping for. Hopefully the Storm 2 will be a lot better than the initial Storm and it will be able to fight comfortably against the iPhone.
Verizon Wireless, the official Storm 2 carrier, hasn't announced this particular BlackBerry phone yet. Vodafone has announced the handset for a few European and South African markets so we should assume that Verizon is to follow soon. In the mean time, the carrier has decided to show the BlackBerry Storm 2 9550 in its entire 360 splendor. The phone is currently on display on Verizon's website but that doesn't mean you can go ahead and buy it just yet.
The phone is rumored to have been postponed until the middle of November but nothing is official. But since the phone is already featured online, shouldn't Verizon announce it already and start some kind of pre-order offer?
