The HTC Passion is the CDMA version of the HTC Dragon. The Dragon is a future Android phone coming from HTC and it already looks like the Motorola Droid will have some serious competition in the following months.
The Passion/Dragon will sport a fast Qualcomm 1GHz Snapdragon processor, Android 2.0 Eclair running in the background, a 4.3-inch capacitive touchscreen display which will offer you a 800 x 600 resolution, and lots of other hot features. The phone looks at least as good as the HTC HD2 which happens to be HTC's best Windows Mobile phone to date.
While Verizon is busy announcing the BlackBerry Storm 2 and the Motorola Droid in a couple of days, rumors say that the Passion will be available by the end of the year from Big Red.
I bet Verizon Wireless customers are really confused at this point. What should they purchase? The brand new Storm 2? The powerful Droid? Or the promising Passion?
