Google CEO Eric Schmidt is a very confident man, well what do you expect from someone who is at the helm of Google really, nothing less! Schmidt seems quite confident in Android and its future, lets hope it was not in vain.

According to Schmidt, Android handsets adoption will explode, he didn't went on to say when it would be ready so for now one has to wait for Eric Schmidt or someone else who knows people. He also made sure to mention that there are 12 devices right now in 26 countries, 32 Carries and millions of subscribers.

""Android now 12 devices in 26 countries, 32 carriers." Those 12 devices are certainly widespread; imagine what will happen when those 20 devices Google promised are on the market."

Yes we can imagine Mr Google CEO, we can very much imagine all the happy boys and girls walking down the street with an Android handset that only has one form of payment in the Android Market, and the lack of a single user interface on all handsets, yes we can imagine, and to be honest, it doesn't look all peachy and green at the end of the rainbow.
