I don't know about you but I truly miss new Windows Mobile phones. Lately we have been covering lots of BlackBerry and Android phones. RIM, HTC and Motorola have launched a few great phones lately but we need more Windows Mobile phones in our lives to have some proper balance.
Since the HTC HD2, which is, by far, the hottest Windows Mobile phone ever to have been created, no other remarkable Windows Mobile phone has been mentioned. And in the mean time we've seen the BlackBerry 9700 Bold and the BlackBerry Storm2 appear and the Motorola Droid and HTC Droid Eris get launched. Even Palm launched officially the Pixi. Not to mention that the iPhone keeps popping up in the news.
We miss Symbian phones too but let's face it, Symbian can't really compete against any of the handsets mentioned above. But Windows Mobile phones have a fighting chance against everyone else. Sure Windows Mobile 6.5 is far from perfect but Microsoft said that we can expect around 30 handsets to run it by the end of the year. So where are all the new releases?
