USB tethering has already been available for a while on the Droid but that's not good enough for most people. What we want is WiFi connectivity and naturally, WiFi tethering.

As always with custom hacks, you should pay attention to what you're doing. In case you're not comfortable with concepts like installing a new custom kernel and a custom recovery image then you should wait for Motorola or Verizon to officially support WiFi tethering.
