Nokia and Apple Sue Each Other and Ban Each Other's Imports The mobile business is a fierce business and we're not surprised to see top manufacturers enter quarrels over patents and what not. Nokia, the number one cell phone manufacturer and Apple, the number one smartphone manufacturer, or at least that's what some folks say, have declared war to each other.

Nokia started by suing Apple for some alleged patent infringements. Then Apple decided to sue back claiming that Nokia is looking to steal Apple technology. And now it looks like both companies moved again against each other.

Nokia went to the International Trade Commission in order to request a ban on the import of infringing Apple products and then Apple did the same thing. And the lawsuits and filings could go on for a long while before we see a real winner here. What do you say folks? Whose side do you take?
