HTC Supersonic Android Phone in the Wild The Supersonic is HTC's first Android phone that's going to be able to deliver WiMAX speeds and the handset is coming to Sprint later this year. The phone is not official yet although it has been leaked already. It was only a matter of time until the first pictures showing the devices in the wild popped all over the Internet.

As you can see, the Supersonic looks like it's going to be a more that decent Android device. Rumored to run Android 2.1, the Supersonic will surely be able to compete with Motorola's upcoming Android smartphones and the Nexus One. Moreover the Supersonic should have similar specs to the HTC HD2. The difference is that the later will run just Windows Mobile 6.5 and not be able to offer 4G speeds.

The Supersonic is rumored to sport a 4.3-inch touchscreen display, a 1GHz processor from Qualcomm and a 5-megapixel camera. Did you see anything you might like already?
