Alcatel Android OT-980 A french blog site has posted information on a new Palm Pre look-a-like Android Smartphone known as the Alcatel OT-980. The device comes with some decent features and it is targeted towards low-end smartphone users. It will be launched on Orange France in coming months and expected to have a tag price below the HTC Tattoo entry level Smartphone.
