New Widgets Coming to BlackBerry Home Screen? We're not sure what to make of them, but a weird series of BlackBerry screenshots have hit the web showing us a totally new home screen for your favorite handset filled with new widgets. People say we might be looking at BlackBerry OS 6.0 and we'd want to believe them too but unfortunately there's no official information coming from the Canadian smartphone maker.

What we might be looking at is simply a new widget system for BlackBerry handsets in which case we can't get very excited about them, can we?

What's more interesting though is that these screenshots are said to appear on an upcoming BlackBerry smartphone which will combine both full QWERTY keyboard and a full touchscreen. You've guessed it, I am talking about a hybrid smartphone expected to hit U.S. and European markets later this year.

The handset in question already has a codename, the BlackBerry Talladega, but we have no information regarding its arrival. Anyone interested in such a device already?
