Orange and T-Mobile Merge in the UK to Become Everything Everywhere A new carrier has emerged in the UK following the merger of two important UK carriers, Orange and T-Mobile. The new company will be called Everything Everywhere and it will manage these two existing UK brands which will continue business as usual, like nothing happened.

That means that Orange and T-Mobile branding will still be maintained in the UK. Each company will have its own shops, its own devices and prices but at the end of the day all the cash will go to Everything Everywhere, the mothership of Orange UK and T-Mobile UK.

The merger between these two companies will make Everything Everywhere the largest carrier in the UK as it will now have 30 million UK subscribers which is more than half the adult population in the UK. Not so bad for this strange German-French association that will dominate the UK mobile world for some time to come.

I bet Vodafone or O2 aren't all that happy about it, but that's the way business works. Any UK readers care to share with us their opinion on Everything Everywhere?
