New BlackBerry Webkit Browser Compared to iPhone 4 and Android Browsers RIM's upcoming BlackBerry webkit browser is supposed to be a great tool to browse the Internet from your favorite mobile device. And it looks like the browser in question has already been compared to the iPhone 4's and Android's browsers.

The BlackBerry 9800 Slider, the iPhone 4 and the HTC Droid Incredible have been put to the acid tests and the webkit browser on the RIM-made smartphone came out a winner scoring 208 points (video available below). The iPhone 4 and the Droid Incredible scored 185 and 151 points, respectively.

That's definitely a remarkable performance especially considering that RIM's webkit browser isn't even out yet. BlackBerry OS 6.0 is supposed to come with this browser on board and the new OS is expected to arrive in the near future powering phones like the BlackBerry Slider, the BlackBerry Flip or the future BlackBerry Storm 3.
