Earlier this week we heard that Apple has filled a suit against HTC for alleged patent infringement and now we hear more lawsuits-related news involving Cupertino.
It looks like Apple vs Nokia trials are currently being suspended by a judge pending the ITC investigation. If that doesn't sound familiar then I'll remind you how both Apple and Nokia sued each other only to request the ITC to ban each other's imports.

Just a few days ago we told you how both Apple and Nokia have asked the ITC to ban the imports of the other company in the USA. While the process can be very long until a decision will be made it looks like the ITC is moving quickly and it's ready to investigate Apple.
Should things go sour, Apple might find itself unable to sell Apple products in the USA until it's ready to deal with Nokia's patent infringement allegations.

Just a few days ago we told you how Nokia and Apple are currently involved in a fierce mobile war. Both parties sued each other and they both asked the ITC to ban imports of the other. And now we have a new duel on the mobile scene. This time it looks like Motorola and RIM has something to quarrel over.
Motorola has asked the International Trade Commission to ban the RIM imports. Motorola says that RIM is infringing five patents on "early-stage innovations" across WiFi, app management, UI and power management.
