New LG Windows Phone 7 Series Smartphone Gets Leaked

New LG Windows Phone 7 Series Smartphone Gets Leaked

We've already talked about the first Windows Phone 7 Series handsets and so far we know that Samsung, Asus and LG all have at least one working prototype running Microsoft latest OS.

But today we have for you a totally new LG Windows Phone 7 handset and this one is a beauty. In fact it might just be the best LG phone created so far if only it were real. The device has been conveniently "leaked" only to be removed from Neowin later on. That's certainly more than strange, wouldn't you agree?

Samsung Windows Phone 7 Handset Concept Looks like the Samsung i8910 HD

Samsung Windows Phone 7 Handset Concept Looks like the Samsung i8910 HD

Microsoft MIX10 brought us three Windows Phone 7 handsets too. They were made by Asus, LG and Samsung, While we've already seen the LG Panther a couple of weeks ago and while the Asus concept phone might just be a simple prototype, the Samsung handset shown running Windows Phone 7 definitely looks good.

It looks so good in fact that is similar to the Samsung i8910 HD. Are we to assume that the i8910 HD has been upgraded to Windows Phone 7? Why should it receive special treatment when we know for a fact that the HTC HD2 will not get Windows Phone 7 since it doesn't measure up to Redmond new mobile standards.

Rogers Wireless to Sell the Samsung Galaxy Spica for $79.99

A new Android phone is heading to Rogers Wireless and this time around we're looking at the Samsung Galaxy Spica, a handset which we already know of . The device will be available for just $79.99 but the not-so-fun part about is that you will be required to sign up for a new 3-years contract with Rogers.

In case Rogers isn't your favorite carrier in the whole wide world then you might as well get the Spica for $449.99 although that seems just a little too expensive a price to pay for a smartphone launched last year. After all we've seen lots of Android handsets since and you might very well want to get one of those.

Solar Powered PUMA Phone Steps Into The Light

Solar Powered PUMA Phone Steps Into The Light

Everyone and their mom seems to want a piece of the Mobile Phone Industry pie nowadays, you can't blame them since it is one of the most profitable around but sometimes I have to wonder, why the hell do we need companies like PUMA stepping for? I say they should stick to sneakers and the clothing line, they won't make it far here.

The PUMA boys aren't doing this themselves unfortunately, because by doing so they would surely fall on their asses faster than a midget going head way down off a chair. So who is the unlucky partner? Sagem Wireless, they basically manufacture the phone and all PUMA seems to do is drop their logo on the front and viola, a PUMA handset is born. The phone itself is not all bad spec wise, it has a solar panel charger on the back and it resembles the Samsung Blue Earth, another solar powered phone which was released last year.
