For the first time ever the iPhone has surpassed Windows Mobile in the USA according to comScore. The company measures the total number of devices and operating systems currently in use through monthly surveys.

Its latest data shows that in the three month period ending in October the iPhone usage has surpassed the Windows Mobile OS for the first time. Microsoft should really consider rolling out Windows Mobile 7 as fast as possible in order to counter the current mobile trends in the USA.
