Skyfire, one of the coolest and flash supporting browsers for Windows Phones, just has been launched in v1.5. In developers words it is the best Skyfire browser yet. For those of you with high resolution (VGA) screens, you will appreciate the crisp text and stunning graphics of the new browser. The Windows Mobile version launches today, and we expect to have news for Nokia Symbian touch screen and high resolution phones very shortly.
As some of you may already know, Microsoft is in the early stages of bringing the Office Applications to the web, that means you may no longer have to buy a copy of Microsoft Word, but there is more....
Ok, so bad news for all the BlackBerry owners out there who got their hands on Skyfire Alpha for testing purposes mostly, the whole thing has been pulled for a few weeks, which is pissing everyone off, and quite rightfully so.
One of my favorite mobile browser has made its way to the Symbian platform, I promise Symbian users will love this browser because it is really fast.

I don't write much about BlackBerry handsets mainly because I do not like them and to me they are just a poor man Smartphone with overrated messaging capabilities looking for attention.
And so the browser wars continue on for another day, the Iris Browser just popped up in our catalog and for something still in beta, it's fairly useful.

You might not really like Opera Mobile which means you need an alternative. So how about the new Iris WebKit browser? WebKit is an open source rendering engine used in browsers like Safari or the Chrome. As open source as it might be, it is an Apple product, which means you should at least give it a try.
