Embattled smartphone maker Palm Inc. formally unveiled Monday its plans to cut operating costs as the company reported weaker revenues amid worldwide economic problems.

Here's something worth your time. If you have a brilliant mind and you are used to develop your ideas into mobile programs every day then you might want to do it for Palm handsets too.
