Windows Phone 7 is still the hot OS in town. It might not be perfect but it still packs some amazing features. In fact, looking back at MWC where three new mobile platforms have been unveiled, bada OS, Symbian^3 and Windows Phone 7, one can safely say that only Windows Phone 7 has truly made an impression.

With that in mind it's actually not surprising to see that a Windows Phone 7 emulator has been already leaked and it is now available to anyone that would be interested in checking it out.

In case you own a Palm Pre and you'd like to play Game Boy games on it then all you have to do is install VisualBoyAdvance on your webOS smartphone right now. In fact some Game Boy Color and Game Boy Advance games might also work right now on your Pre handset.

Game Boy and Game Boy Color games work perfectly but Game Boy Advance games like Mario Kart Short Circuit can only offer about 60% of the normal speed with the sound enabled and 90% of the normal speed if you decide to ditch the sound for more performance.

VirtualGPS Lite is a Windows Mobile application that will emulate a GPS module and it will give you your current location by using cellular towers. Accuracy is pretty good but not comparable to a real GPS unit. The software will offer about 200m of accuracy in urban areas whereas for countryside the accuracy suffers your coordinates might differ by as much as 5km from the real ones.
