Holy 11.6 inches, this new Android based Tablet from Neofonie is looking like the perfect Apple iPad replacement, this beast is called the WePad and the screen display is 11.6 inches with 1366x768 resolution of deliciousness, browsing the web with this thing should be awesome to say the least. Not only is the display larger than life, the known specs put the iPad to shame, I swear the Neofonie WePad has WIN written all over it.

Let's get down to the good stuff, apart from the huge display, the WePad features an Intel Atom N450 CPU clocking at up to 1.66GHz, a GMA 3150 GPU, a webcam, two USB ports, UMTS Modem built in so 3G on the go for all the surfing while mobile junkies, 16GB NAND Flash or 32GB internal memory plus another 32GB SD card which is optional, your mind blown yet? No? Well how about if i tell you this bad boy has Adobe Flash and Adobe Air support? Yes it does, that alone should put thoughts of getting an Apple iPad to permanent rest.

A couple of days ago we told you how Windows Phone 7 Series smartphones will lack the Copy and Paste feature. That was certainly very disappointing news and Microsoft wanted to clarify its position on the matter.

It looks like Redmond will not have time to implement this particular feature until the official launch of the first Windows Phone 7 smartphones but Copy and Paste will be coming after launch.

Just last week we were talking about the Apple vs HTC lawsuit and now we hear about a new important lawsuit in the mobile world. This time around it's SmartPhone Technologies the company that has been filing suits against seven important names in the mobile business: Apple, Samsung, RIM, LG, Motorola, Sanyo and AT&T.

SmartPhone Technology is alleging that these seven companies have been infringing a "broad range of patents" which includes email syncing, Bluetooth connectivity and other technologies.

Nokia cellphones usually come with pretty dependable batteries on board and now we hear that the giant Finnish company is plans to make even better handset batteries in the near future. Nokia has filed for a new patent and the company seems to want to make a piezoelectric-based battery.

The documents refer to a "piezoelectric kinetic energy harvester" and the future battery would be "contained within a first frame that is coupled to a second frame by one or more piezoelectric elements."

In case you were not aware, MWC is long gone but there's a new important event in the electronics' and gadgets' world about to start, CeBIT 2010. From 2 to 6 March the Centrum der Buro- und Infrmationstechnik, aka CeBIT will be underway in Hanover, Germany. And at said event Nokia plans to bring its new C-Series line of entry-level handsets.

Unfortunately the C-Series will not be comprised of hot smartphones powered by Nokia's latest mobile OS. It will be however a cell phone line that will include entry- to mid-level models which should become quite affordable and equally popular once Nokia unveils them.
