If you were waiting for the Internet Explorer Mobile 6 browser then you have to simply get an HTC Touch HD first. Surprisingly the software is available just for the phone. That's a really weird release. There are quite a few millions owners of Windows Mobile phones out there which could very well be interested in Internet Explorer Mobile 6.
