HP has just unveiled their latest 3G Windows Mobile based iPAQs. They are named HP iPAQ 614c and HP iPAQ
91, and both with built-in GPS and will support HSDPA. Below are some specifications which are known at the moment:

HP has just released a line of three media playing and GPS satellite navigation oriented Pocket PCs in Japan. The the rx4240 and rx4540 are part of the recently announced rx4000 Mobile Media Companion family and the other one is HP iPAQ rx5956.
Both rx4240 and rx4540 Pocket PC devices run Windows Mobile 5.0 on a 400 MHz Samsung processor and feature integrated Bluetooth and Wi-Fi (802.11b/g) short-range wireless networking. The only difference between these two is the amount of memory installed. The rx4240 comes with 64 MB RAM and 128 MB ROM, whereas the rx4540 boasts of 64 MB RAM and 1 GB of inbuilt storage, but each machine has an SD/MMC slot for more. They measure 102 x 64 x 18 mm, weigh 127 grams and has 2.8-inch color QVGA screen. The iPAQ rx4240 and rx4540 are priced at $280 and $360, respectively.
The iPAQ rx5956 Travel Companion offers the same basic spec, but fits it all behind a 3.5in display and crams in 2GB of Flash storage, along with a SiRFStar III GPS chip and antenna. It measures 12.1 x 7.6 x 1.7cm, weigh 170g and wll cost $515.
HP's new iPAQ hw6920 Mobile Messenger will be offered to Cingular customers in the US. The hw6920 runs on Microsoft Windows Mobile 5.0 and offers a host of connectivity options, including GPRS/EDGE and Wi-Fi to access the Internet.
The HP iPAQ hw6920 series is a powerful communications tool that will give our business customers multiple ways to stay connected to important information, said Cathy Quaciari, director, B2B devices, Cingular Wireless. Whether it's through a wide area, local area or Bluetooth connection, customers will be able to access their email and other corporate data while having location-based capabilities with the device's built-in GPS receiver. It's yet another jewel in the long and fruitful collaborative alliance between HP and Cingular.
The hw6920 also comes with GPS navigation capabilities. Bluetooth and Infrared are available for short-range wireless communication. One of the nice things about this cell phone is that it comes with Messaging and Security Feature Pack, giving a lot more control to the user in case the device is lost or stolen. Things like remote wipe and remotely controlled IP policies make it suitable for the business types.
The iPAQ hw6920 series is available from Cingular Wireless' B2B sales organization for as low as $359.99 for business customers with a two-year contract and qualifying voice and data plans. The iPAQ hw6920 series also is available through hp.com and select HP channel partners.

HP has just announced iPAQ rx5915 Travel Companion GPS PDA in New York City, USA. The iPAQ rx5915 isn't being dubbed as a PDA, but rather a Travel Companion as it has a built-in SiRFstar III GSC3F GPS chip.
This new addition to the iPAQ's family is more than just a guidance system. It has built-in 802.11 b/g wireless and Bluetooth and Microsoft Windows Mobile 5.0 Pocket PC operating system so people can do all the things they would normally do with a PDA and stay connected everywhere.
