A couple of days ago we told you how Windows Phone 7 Series smartphones will lack the Copy and Paste feature. That was certainly very disappointing news and Microsoft wanted to clarify its position on the matter.

Windows Phone 7 Not to Offer Multitasking or Copy and Paste Feature?

Like Apple, it looks like Microsoft will not support multitasking, at least for now. Sure multitasking drains battery life and can clog the processor thus destroying our whole smartphone performance but some sort of multitasking is definitely required. And let's not forget that Microsoft has raised the bar when it comes to Windows Phone 7 hardware specifications particularly in order to improve the performance of future handsets running its OS.

Windows Phone 7 Apps Coming from the Marketplace Exclusively

Windows Phone 7 Apps Coming from the Marketplace Exclusively

10% of Microsoft Employees Rumored to be iPhone Owners

10% of Microsoft Employees Rumored to be iPhone Owners

A strange report comes in all the way from The Wall Street Journal. It would seem that the iPhone has rapidly become a very popular phone among Microsoft employees. In fact no less than 10,000 Microsoft employees using iPhone smartphones have been accessing the Microsoft email system which amounts to roughly 10% of Redmond's active "soldiers."

While company policy can't officially make its employees ditch iPhones in favor of Windows Mobile handsets the report goes to say that some employees go to great lengths to disguise their iPhones. What Microsoft did last year in order to convince more people to switch back to Windows Mobile smartphones was to change its corporate cellphone policy to reimburse service fees for employees using Windows Mobile.

Android Fans Pick Up Arms Over Motorola's Plan To Use Bing Over Google Search

Android Fans Pick Up Arms Over Motorola's Plan To Use Bing Over Google Search If you were maintaining an eye out on all the Android related news stories popping up everywhere, then you might have seen this little thing about Motorola kicking out Google Search in favor of Microsoft Bing as the default Search Engine on all Motorola Android devices hitting China, crazy stuff huh? Well it's about to get crazier.

Android fanboys around the web are enraged at the choice Motorola has taken, so furious that many are planning to never buy another Motorola phone ever again. Majority of the complainers are not from China, but like me they must have smelt the obvious plan at work here. This deal with Microsoft could end up going world wide instead of being exclusive to China, Motorola could face some serious implications if they go ahead with such a plan. Android phone owners want the Google experience, it is probably the main reason why many people own an Andorid handset today, its all about the complete Google experience and without that, a phone based on Android is not really Android.
