GSM Palm Pre is all the rage right now, everyone who ditched the Pre because it went CDMA first are now jumping for joy, but the Germans having lots more fun because they will be first to own one, sad stuff indeed.
In about a week or so, Palm's only webOS phone so far, the Pre, will officially head to Spain and Telefonica's Movistar will be the carrier to launch it. The Pre has been announced in various other European countries so far and it's likely that Palm wants to sell as many of those babies as possible overseas.

Palm Pre is heading for Europe this year, the best thing about the European Pre is the fact that it will be GSM and not the quickly dying CDMA, finally.
In an amazing turn of events, the Chilean carrier Movistar became the first carrier to launch the BlackBerry Bold both in Chile and worldwide. It wasn't Canada, although Rogers seemed to be the first carrier to get the Bold. It wasn't the USA or Germany, not even Australia but Chile. That's weird to say the least.
