Toshibas TG01 will be the first Windows Mobile phone to sport a 1.0GHz processor from Qualcomm. In fact it will be the first phone ever to use such a powerful processor. But despite the fact the TG01 isnt exactly available so far, Qualcomm has already announced a new processor, a 1.3GHz new Snapdragon.

Medfield is a codename for a processor currently being developed by Intel. The system-on-a-chip is supposed to be a low-power version of Intels new Moorestown processor. The Moorestown is actually a 2-chip system conceived for usage in low-power UMPCs.
