Copy and Paste Feature to Come to Windows Phone 7 After Launch

Copy and Paste Feature to Come to Windows Phone 7 After Launch

A couple of days ago we told you how Windows Phone 7 Series smartphones will lack the Copy and Paste feature. That was certainly very disappointing news and Microsoft wanted to clarify its position on the matter.

It looks like Redmond will not have time to implement this particular feature until the official launch of the first Windows Phone 7 smartphones but Copy and Paste will be coming after launch.

Android Fans Pick Up Arms Over Motorola's Plan To Use Bing Over Google Search

Android Fans Pick Up Arms Over Motorola's Plan To Use Bing Over Google Search If you were maintaining an eye out on all the Android related news stories popping up everywhere, then you might have seen this little thing about Motorola kicking out Google Search in favor of Microsoft Bing as the default Search Engine on all Motorola Android devices hitting China, crazy stuff huh? Well it's about to get crazier.

Android fanboys around the web are enraged at the choice Motorola has taken, so furious that many are planning to never buy another Motorola phone ever again. Majority of the complainers are not from China, but like me they must have smelt the obvious plan at work here. This deal with Microsoft could end up going world wide instead of being exclusive to China, Motorola could face some serious implications if they go ahead with such a plan. Android phone owners want the Google experience, it is probably the main reason why many people own an Andorid handset today, its all about the complete Google experience and without that, a phone based on Android is not really Android.

Google Nexus One Hitting Verizon With Sense UI

Google Nexus One Hitting Verizon With Sense UI

I for one hate all the different User Interfaces available out there for Android, I believe users should have a choice to choose whether or not they want to use anything different from the default Android UI. If I buy an HTC Hero, it should have an option at start up that asks me if I want to use the Sense UI or not, if I choose to use the Sense UI then the option must be there for me to remove it, plain and damn simple. This is why I am leaning towards Windows Phone Series 7 here, no matter, the UI will be the same on all devices as it should be.

Ok, so rumors are popping up like popcorns around the interwebs regarding the Google Nexus One, and HTC Sense UI, apparently Verizon will be stocking the device but their version will differentiate itself by incorporating the Sense UI, right away we have two different versions of the same phone, someone who owns the original would most likely need to learn the UI all over again if they choose to jump on the Verizon ship. One should be able to jump from any number of Android based handsets and get right in without tinkering with the different UIs, this is BS and Google need to take some of the power from manufactures like Microsoft did.
