Everyone is talking about Windows Mobile 6.5 but in fact everyone would prefer to talk about Windows Mobile 7. Version 6.5 isn't even here yet and version 7 is arriving only in 2010. The cherry on top seems to be Steve Ballmer's attitude towards Windows Mobile 6.5. It looks like Microsoft's own CEO isn't happy with the progress of Windows Mobile.

Windows Mobile 7 is official everyone! Steve Ballmer talked about Windows Mobile during a Strategic Update Meeting on Tuesday. It has been revealed that Windows Mobile is a core business of Microsoft. The company has 2,000 employees working on it and about a billion dollars invested every year in operating expenses. A Zune phone however is not going to be created yet.
