Verizon will sell yet another hot Motorola device. The Motorola Devour, a phone which we have already mentioned here, has become officially official.

Although similar to the Droid in looks, the Devour might not be as powerful. The device will feature a 600MHz Qualcomm MSM7268 processor, 256MB of RAM, 3.1-inch capacitive touchscreen, touch-sensitive navigation pad, 3-megapixel camera, 512MB flash memory, bundled 8GB microSD card and Android 1.6. An Android upgrade is probably in the works but it's too early to tell when it will be available.

FCC Officially Not Happy with Verizon ETFs

The beginning of December 2009 brought in a natural FCC request to Verizon to reveal more details about its practices and policies regarding its Early Termination Fees.

And just before Christmas, Verizon, in a very long response, explained thoroughly why it has increased its ETFs for "advanced devices." Needless to say that the FCC didn't like the response as Verizon pretty much told everyone that its new ETFs cover other costs incurred by the company besides the price of those new "advanced devices."
