I've got one and haven't had any major problems with it. It needs rebooting after updates just like your pc. If the thing never gets a chance to reboot then it's updates and etc. don't take effect. They require about as much care as you would give your pc(or what your supposed to give your pc. My screen never decided to crack itself I guess. Lucky me!

How can the screen crack by itself? there has to be an external source to do it! I've got a BB Storm and have had no problems whatsoever, and like you say have to look after it like you would a PC. The only problem I have had is that I live in a stupid country that doesn't support Blackberry World.

Please let us know how you do this. Just searched yotuube and it only shows genie locs with yarn. I remember a black female CNN newscaster several years ago that had locs and she would always have one to the front or side that had a colored wrap on it, I'm positive now that was yarn or some similar material. You are lovely as always. Inspired to run to the frabic store now and snatch some yarn.
