This was given to me as a business phone. If I had purchased it I would at their doorstep demanding my money back. This unit either was not ready for the market or should have been shelved and never released. It's problems are to numerous to list. It is not very good used as a phone. E mails are pretty good but the key pad for writing is only so so. Lot's of quirks. It shuts itself down at will and then has to reboot. You never know when you might miss a message because you can't really rely on the fact that it's on and receiving. Oh well.
