please can any body help me , i have one its a gift from a special friend one weak ago iwas listening to songs suddnly the mobile turned of and when i turned it on only the starting screen apear and the mobile do not work as usual plz help me.i never misused it or downloaded programs from the internet,help h dont know what to do and here in jordan no one know how to fix it
