This is an excellent idea to put integrate the PPC (pocket PC) and standard PC features together. I have seen that couple of post above mention about a mobile phone feature. I might dissapoint you but the reality is this device is capable of using the data connection made available by GPRS on the SIM card. Voice capability is not used and hence you can use this device as a PPC w/o voice feature. All in all a great device. They came close to provide a all in one device, but for some reason are step behind on providing the voice feature. However one should see that having such a huge device (comparing to a mobile phone) with voice facility will be a bit impratical and will force customers to get used to the concept. I like the idealogy and looking forward to have one.

I've read two report on this device. One stating that it has not call capability (even though it coomes with a hand free mic and ear plug), and the other implying that it can be used to make and receive calls. I don't know which to beleive. Does anyone know which is the truth? I'm not refering to VOIP calls.

Utterly fabulous device... It sounds like it has all the "Bells and Whistles" but, can it make phone calls as well? That is a VERY important feature in any device.
