Not a bad phone but... Why can't the 3D interface work in landscape mode?

This phone is Fantastic. I have it on AT&T (HTC Fuze) and it's the best phone I have ever used. Nice features and the phone looks great.

Very interesting but would like to know whether the phone has a facility for creating separate name files for saving and/or storing sent or received e-mails,MMS and SMS messages similar to the Nokia E65?

I love this phone, but cannot get calender appts to show up on home screen even when I make reminder settings way ahead of time. Help!

I used dopod838 and changed to this phone, love all the features offered. However, with the powerful processors, the response seemed slower and battery drain super fast. It wont last more than 12hours in standby mode. Anyone know why?

All I can say is this phone is badass! Have had it for about a week and a half and have had no issues at all. Speaker could be better and external memory card slot would be nice. Other than that no complaints here.

purchased this phone thru uscellular three weeks ago. the following day, i was back to us cellular for an exhange. the phone froze, none of the keys worked. 5 days later, back to us cellular again for another exchange, same problem. three weeks later, back to the store again, keys will not respond. great phone when it works. sound quality could be better, kinda tinnie sounding. cheaper motorola phones are a lot better sounding than this phone. screen too sensitive to the touch. takes a lot of time learning the phone. not simple to use out of the box. end up calling the wrong phone numbers by accident several times in trying to navigate thru the menu screen. battery is horrible on this phone. constantly in need of recharging. a secong battery is a must with this phone. extended battery not readily available at the store. check ebay for non oe type. will buy iphone next time or cheap motorola flip phone if i have to return this phone again.

The Phone is very good, but battery life is pathetic. This is my third battery (everytime I comlained to the service centre, they offered a replacement), but no respite from charging the battery twice a day with Edge on (for email).

I just got the pro today and its great!!! Its a really good phone!! I went from the htc touch diamond to the pro!! Its gets hot while talking on the phone and when its charging!! i really dont like the fact that the device storage is so small and you must have a memory card for more memory!! theres updates for the rom on the htc web site but when you type in the s/n number it says its wrong! If anyone knows how to get the rom update please email me at cottenmouthking69@hotmail.com

Have had this phone for 7 months. Worked great until about a month ago when the keyboard stopped working. Now the G Sensor (the device that determines whether to project the screen as being upright or sideways) is now acting up. If anyone has any information on how to fix this, please email me: RJNesbitt85@yahoo.com. Thanks!!

My husband and I both have this phone and we both LOVE it. I purchased this phone to replace having to carry around a cell phone AND a daily planner in my purse. Just a note to people, this phone is more like carrying around a mini-computer, it is not an average easy to use cell phone, it takes time to learn how to use it. I find that if I don't run alot of apps or leave them running in the background (check your task manager which is the 3 horizontal lines in the upper right-hand corner) the battery lasts for 1-2 days on standby before I need to charge it. So when I'm done using an app on the phone I always tap and hold on the X to close icon and that seems to completely close the app window. To help keep the phone cooler during battery charging, place the phone face side down. There are a TON of free apps out there for this phone on the forums, just search google 'free apps htc touch pro', some work better than others on this phone, just beware. My big gripe right now is trying to find an extra USB cable for purchase without spending an arm and a leg for it...the mini-usb plug is proprietary...wish it was government mandate that there be one style of mini/micro usb for cell phones

It is a pretty good phone, but for the price expected better quality. After less than a year I had to sent it back to HTC for repair as the touch screen stopped working. They did fix it but soon phone will be out of warranty. It can be a bit complicated, but the versatility and customization it allows makes up for it.

Ok so I just ordered this phone off ebay and I am really excited. All the reviews that I have seen for this phone are great and everyone says that the phone is the best. But is the touch screen keyboard really hard to use? and how is it using the stylus pen? I have wanted this phone for a long time and I only paid 62 dollars for it.
