this phone looks niceee, makes me feel sad that i just spent so much on the original touch pro, which, by the way, i had to exchange after about a month because the screen went dead. hoping not to have continuous issues w this phone. overall, i really love how i can customize this phone to fit my needs and also being able to tweak it. this toouch pro2 looks really hott, im jealous already

Hopefully this phone will be available thru Verizon because my wife works there and I can get a discount(lol). I currently have the Touch Pro and I didn't think I would ever part with it. But the Pro2 looks a little too nice.

Can somebody help point out any improvement on the new TOUCH PRO 2 (to original TOUCH PRO), other than the bigger screen (but same pixel per inch) and the not-so-pro design? In my personal opinion, the new TOUCH DIAMOND 2 is how the TOUCH PRO 2 should look like.

I heard the touch pro2 will be running at $800.00 unlocked of course, for me, that's a bit much. I just purchased a high end 4GB RAM (450GB memory) notebook for $700 with loads of other features. I was looking forward to this phone, but the price is so damn high. I look forward to the Nokia N97 in a few months then. I can wait. there is a site that use some good info about the touch pro2, http://www.AllTouchPro2.com i want to hear what your view is on this smart phone.

Mine will not recognize the headphone when plugged it, it hasn't since it was delivered. Tried with other headphones none work. Only way I can use the headphones is to press the button on the cable, the phone then switches to TV OUT mode, of but the Audio Booster does not function in TV OUT mode. Vendor refuses to replace, the phone they want to send it for repair. HTC say its up the the vendor. Vendor os eXpansys. Do not buy from them.

As mentioned earlier in an another thread, the version of the TP2 that Telus will be receiving will included a 3.5mm headphones jack, which is craze news. Nothing had been said about the US version, but it now seems that the devices to be sold trough carriers in the states will also get the version with the standard jack. That's some crazy great news, and in my opinion is ample justification for having the TP2 released in North America a few months later than it was in Europe. Woot! More at http://www.AllTouchPro2.com

This phone is awesome! I bought it few days ago and right now I m writing from it - and yes, it does have a stylus, but thanks to a great 3.6" sreen its not necessary, but the screen is getting dirty from the fingersso anyway I m usin it.
