Phone is awesome but bluetooth is very slow And battary backup is vey less. battary backup doesent long even for a day on normal use also. Mine is the new set(only 15days past) i dont know why it acts so. Realy disappointed....

It is a good technology, but the phone works very slow and sometimes it strucks. Camera also is not working well.

phone is ok, but can anyone help me with the Storage card installation. i did insert a 1gb memory card but the phone shows no card installed. is there any software to expand the memory slot?

hai frnd i hve a pblm with ma i mate jama (only abt a month old). now wen i puts on d fone , an ' imate installer ' appears on the screan(in place of d start button) and something starts 2 install but it stops after completing abt 40%. and i cant do anything thereafter.but calls and msgs r comin 2 ma mobile. also it says INCSP20.exe is missing wen i jus put on d fone so pls pls help me ma frnd....

I have the sane problem as Mohd Azhar's, when i turn the phone on an imate installer appears on the screen, and it starts to install but stops at 40%. Please help me, i'm using my brother's phone, and he'll kill me if he comes to know of it. I'm a small girl, about 14 years old, so i also can't go out to get it repaired from somewhere. Please help. my cell phone has hanged and when i re-inserted the battery the cell now only displays 'i mate' written at the start. thereafter, nothing goes beyond that screen. i think that some software has stopped working as may be corrupt. please help as soon as possible.

No one please buy any of imate products.the company is closed.You will not get warranty/service backup fon any of their produxcts aywhere in the world. i bought imate jama 4 months ago.I took it for a small problem to the authorised service center. The problems have multiplied. I have paid to them ( during warranty period since the company is closed ) but Now the problems are worst. It would have been better had i not given it for repairing. Now the mobile gets heated up and battery drains in just 2hrs. I have a last chance on tuesday. They will try to repair it. May be my phone will breathe it's last breath on that day.May imate's soul rest in peace.!
