Great phone, would buy another. Only two problems so far. The chromed plastic makes you worry about durability without some type of silicone skin or case. And the SD card is inserted, used for storage, can stream music off of it, install and run programs from it, videos etc... but the About screen says "External Storage: Not Inserted". This wouldn't be a big deal but when I try to bluetooth a large file (150-200m video) it tells me I have insufficient space... Even though I have a 2g SD card and BT is set to save to card. Not the phones problem but ActiveSync only works on my laptop and not my desktop (Microsoft refuses to update or release a fix, look up post SP3 errors) so Bluetoothing files is my only way to transfer from my desktop, which leads back to the 2nd phone problem. I can live with it but it's inconvenient considering Microsoft made both the computer and the phones OS and the sync software, yet they don't work properly. Yay for laptops. The phone's functions work flawlessly and even better if you upgrade the .Net framework to 3.5 (ships 2.0 as of writing). If I had the extra cash I might consider a high end HTC or definitely an Xperia. This phone kills the iPhone and anything else at this level.

Ive had this phone for a few months now, and over all, I love it. If your looking for a windows mobile phone for a decent price, definitely look at this one! Pros: lightweight, but built very sturdy. Excellent call quality. Easy to navigate. Nice touchscreen with quality display and responsive feedback (which is adjustable to ur preferences), and when flipped to landscape, the keyboard is as good if not better than the iphone's. Comes preloaded with a few good apps and plenty of built in storage for more. Also, despite what it says on this page, the Incite supports up to a 32GB microSD HDC card. Unfortunately, the largest you can buy at this time is a 16, which I have and LOVE!!! Gave my wife my 80GB Ipod classic because i don't listen to tons of music, and 16gb card is plenty. Has great battery life under just phone use.... Ive only gone 5 days before i charged, but the meter still said i had 32%. If you use the WiFi alot, along with bluetooth, you'll get about 6-8 hours. Turn off one or the other, and get about 15-18 hours. There's a direct click icon on the main screen which allows you to turn on and off all the connections. I could actually go on for quite a while about the great things with this phone, but lets get to some CONS: Had to return the first one i bought because it kept glitching out, forcing hard resets to make it work. Never was able to get ATT NAV to work one that phone; HOWEVER, since exchanging it 2 months ago, ive not had these same problems. Phone call volume is fine, but media playback is a little quiet even at full volume, especially when using the built in speaker; not a huge deal, get a decent headset and it will compensate. Also, a cool feature, you can use any set of wired headphones u want with this phone, no need for an adapter. DEFINITELY buy a screen protector and HARD CASE for this phone!!! It is a beautiful phone, and should be covered to avoid scratches on the outer case, and the touchscreen will be ruined within a few days if you dont put a screen protector on it (you've been warned!!) OS is a little slow at times, but never so bad it angers me (mostly when trying to install an app, browse the web, and an incoming call comes all at the same time, but hey, its just a phone so i guess i cant really complain!) OK, here it is, the BIGGEST complaint. The stylus has no place to slide into the phone for storage, because it hands on a little cord thru a hole in the top left side of the phone (like one of those stupid wrist straps that use to come with old phones), BUT it NEVER falls off, and for the most part you'll hardly need to use it anyway, becuase the touchscreen is very responsive to your fingers, and if you dont bite your nails excessively, you'll probably never need it. OTHER THOUGHTS: spent months trying to decide between this one, the HTC Fuze (also called the touch PRO), and the iphone. In the end, it came down to not being able to find the htc for under 300 after rebate (not even online at wirefly or anywhere else) without having to switch to sprint (UUGGHHHH!!!), and the iphone is just a feaking toy. Yea its cool and says "Hey I'm trendy and have a cool phone that if it gets lost or broken I'm screwed because the insurance on it is worthless!" Anyway, i got the incite for $499, with $100 instant rebate, and $200 mail-in rebate, which comes out $200 total, plus a free 16GB card at best buy. And last week i saw this phone for 299 with a 150 mail in rebate. So if you want a great fone for $150 or less, you cant go wrong with the INCITE!! hope this review has been helpful.

Phone was teh suk at first, then I found good apps for it. First, get CorePlayer Mobile for it, pricey app ($29.99) but media playback is PERFECT, fast responsive, and plays just about every file type, save for x264 and QuickTime. Also i got mine refurbished so MMMV, but so far seems great. What sux is I cant remove the bundled apps for more memory space, almost 50 MB of apps that are for shit. And touch screen and accelerometer ain't exactly iPhone. Screens kinda small too. But My refurbed price was $10, plus AT&T's rope-a-dope 2 yr contract. But Im loving it. Its also kinda girly, wish they had made it in black, but gets noticed and I don't mind.

I am pleased with LG Incite's design quirks, it's a very good first entry in the U.S. smartphone market, even though this phone is quietly released, many people have already picked one up. There's even a fans website http://www.LG-Incite.com dedicated for it. Amazing!
