I truly don't understand why people are complaining. This is a very affordable mobile device, and honestly you get what you pay for. If you want a better keypad, or better features the solution is simple. Spend more money. For those who are extremely cheap and are expecting the best from a cheap phone, I can tell you right now it aint gonna happen.
