I am using O2 XDA zinc. Guides like GPS setup is hard to find than compare with Dopod. Furthermore, it does not comes with Chinese Language Software. Sigh.

I compare wit my O2 xda zinc wit my old phones, the xda zinc is more clearly camera quality than b4. and also more applications. WELL DONE O2!

Must admit Zinc is a good PPc but I agreed w Bernard; the GPS setup is hard n I've wrote to O2 asking for assistance (still waiting for reply) coz the service staff also "don't know how to". I understand dopaod provide free download Chinese software. I went to a IT show, the O2 stall is selling it for S$70++.

I've been an O2 XDA user from the very first O2 XDA model, I upgraded to XDA II, then to XDA IIs, and just six months ago I upgraded to XDA Zinc. This model is by far the most frustrating PDA Phone I have ever had. Just like Yew Kwee, the phone always hangs. I upgraded the ROM to WM6 but it did not solve the problem. I switched back to WM5 which somehow improved the stability but I'm still having the same phone-hanging problem as before. The phone hangs even after several hard-reset and even before I install any third party softwares. In short, even without any third party software, this model has a lot of software problems or perhaps both software and hardware problems. None of the support people both in Singapore and in the Philippines has been of help. This is by far the most problematic O2 model I have ever had and I'm sorry to say that O2 have totally lost my trust and confidence in their products. I'm now trying to sell my XDA Zinc but no takers. It's been a big waste of money. For those of you or your friends who are considering to get the XDA Zinc, think again! Save your money and look elsewhere.

I've been using the phone for more than 4 months and found it to be a really wonderful piece of hardware. I have upgraded to WM6 and have many third party applications installed and found it to be stable. By default it comes with a lot of useful applications especially Worldmate. The best thing in the phone is the QWERTY keyboard. I usually attend a lot of meetings and found it to be a lot helpful to take my notes. Cheers to O2. Infact ASUS(as ASUS is the OEM manufacturer)!

i'm using this PDAphone and have a little problem's. The performance is ok, but it has a vew bug in the software, i think the software is not stable. But it's true, you will waste your money to buy this PDAPhone, better buy Dopod 838Pro or HTC Tytn II. But maybe it's my destiny to use this PDAPhone :(

Ive been a palm treo user eversince but 5 months ago I bought my first O2 phone and now im back to palm treo. I cant give even a sigle positive comment about xdazinc. Its graffiti is useless and caused me a lot of headache. The phone always hang and it hangs for a looooooong time. Its not worth all the money ive paid for it. Im not gonna buy another O2xda

Dear All, I am using this wonderfull device from the last 3 months and have not faced any problem till date. For all the users who are complaining that mobile is getting hanged so many times so the solution for the same is that whenever you open any program make sure that you shud remove the same from the memory. I have kept 3 GB data in the phone and still its working fine. Thanks O2 for making wonderfull device

the O2 xda zinc is the best that I ever had to get completed many tasks in my bussines and activity as an Herbalife`s Global Expansion Team. I can send image from my device using bluetooth conection to the vwall or an special screen in my 3 times a week training`s meetings and I get internet, phone and pc in a wonder in hand.
