Gmail - also known as one of the fastest and well made web mail service now has a new feature bringing its great capabilities to the mobile devices world. I’m sure most of us got at least one Gmail account (or may be more :) ready for mobile usage. Just point the web browser to http://m.gmail.com and its all done, you get e-mails synched along with all attachments ready to be converted and viewed thru the browser . That’s probably one of the best things in the new mobile gmail, ready all kind of word or pdf documents while on the road by just launching your mobile browser. Of cource not all of the original Gmail functions are supported but for sure you receive some extras like contact dialing if you happen to have phone numbers assigned to your Gmail contacts.



Google guys has released a list with the compatible devices that they have tested, you can check it right here.Don't give up if your device is not at the list ! We have done some tests and it works fine at most of the phones and Pocket PC's

There is a new free game for Windows Mobile and Palm powered handhelds which involves numbers and will definetely tinker you brain. It is called ArithmeTick is especialy good for teaching kids at simple mathematics.

The objective in ArithmeTick is to solve as many addition, subtration, multiplication, and division problems as possible before time runs out.

You are awarded up to 10 points for each correct answer depending on how quickly you can solve the math problem. You are also awarded extra time for each problem you solve correctly.

Challenge problems occur at the end of each level and are awarded 50 points for a correct answer. You can skip the challenge problem by clicking the skip button.


Tip: If you enter a wrong number by mistake you can clear your current guess by clicking on the problem.

ArithmeTick is a fun and challening math game for all ages.

Oct 07 ARM Introduce Cortex-A8 CPU

The BBC is reporting that the A8 chips currently top 1,000 Dhrystone Mip (Dips), while future versions could hit 2,000 Dips. The CPUs run at 600Mhz in 'low power' mode and can run at over 1Ghz for high performance processing. That's a lot of horsepower in a small low-powered package. Apart from phones, the CPUs are intended for use in set-top boxes, handheld games machines as well as in cars. The full ARM press release can be found here.
