Sep 10 Play M-SuDoKu on your J2ME powered Symbian handheld

Leopardo.f has released M-SuDoKu, 2ME version of the popular SuDoKu puzzle game. M-Sudoku can run on any device with color display which supports J2ME CLDC 1.0 and MIDP 1.0 - don't be scared by acronyms, any mobile phone/PDA which offers Java support should be able to run the game.

This game is one nice Sudoku Freeware for your Symbian device and below are some instructions to follow for effective playing.

When you run the program, it will show you a SuDoKu grid: move the cursor using joypad (or, depending on your device model, numeric keys), press the fire button (or 5 key) and use numeric keys to enter a number in the selected grid.

Another input mode is available for devices without numpad; starting from version 0.9.0, a third input mode has been added, which uses the joypad to move the cursor through the grid and the numpad to directly type numbers (without pressing the fire button as in the default mode).

Game menu allows you to choose the difficulty level (either Medium or Difficult), the grid background, game restart and exit (saving the current grid).

M-SuDoKu for Symbian Features:

I am very happy to announce you that one of the best adventure quest games i have played on my PC, Syberia has been released for Pocket PC devices. This game has been ported to Windows Mobile by the makers of ATLANTIS REDUX and Return To Mysterious Island, TetraEdge Games.

I can honestly say that Syberia was one of the games i liked most for many time in the late 2002. For its time Syberia has really nice interface and absorbing gameplay full of new things to discover, puzzles to solve and tons of riddles. And of course the young and very cool looking character of Kate Walker is such a eye pleasure. I remember that the first time i played this game my mind has been thrown is some kind of imaginery time machine, i have lost sense of reality am i in the past or in the present time.

Syberia covers the story of Kate Walker, an ambitious lawyer, the Voralberg toy company acquisition seemed like a textbook case - a quick stopover to a small alpine village in France to buy-out an old automaton factory, then straight back home to New York. Her journey across land and time throws all she values into question, while the deal she set out to sign turns into a pact with destiny...

How To Use It

* Creating New Channels.

Choose this option to pick channels from a provided list of popular channels.
+ Enter the Channel's URL.
Choose this option to enter the URL for the channel. This URL should be a link to a feed in a syndication format such as RSS or ATOM.
+ Import from OPML file.
Choose this option to import channels from a .opml file that resides on your Pocket PC.

* Channel List.

The Channel List list shows all the channels you have added. In addition to the channel name, each line of the list shows the channel icon on the left and the count of headlines for the channel. Tap on a channel in the list to see the Headlines for that channel.

* Headline List.

When you tap on a channel in the Channel List, the Headline List for that channel is displayed. Each item in the list displays the headline text and the headline's status. To see a summary of a headline, tap on the headline in the list and the headline summary will be displayed in News Summary.

* News Summary.

When you tap on a headline in the Headline List, the summary for that headline is displayed. The Summary View shows the channel's title, the headline icon, the headline text and the item summary text, if any. The Summary View will usually contain a link to the complete story, labeled "Read More Online...", and you can tap this link to go to the complete story on the channel's web site in Pocket Internet Explorer.

OpenJazz is a Sonic-type game for Windows Mobile Pocket PC devices. It is a port for Pocket PC of Open Jazz, a free, open-source version of the classic Jazz Jackrabbit game from Alister Thomson.

Just like any Sonic-type game, you have to run, jump, destroy enemies and collect points. Music is great and not so repetitive as it uses to be in this kind of game. is available for Free download at Freeware Pocket PC site.
