EXCELLENT PROGRAM. Downloaded, installed...works perfectly on a Treo 750. Only wish the weather parsing was a little faster...still faster than browsing in IE though.

Cannot connect to internet!

I spoke too soon? I am having problems updating the data...each time I click Update, it goes through the process of downloading weather information and parsing the data BUT does not change the information on the screen. Something to look into...?

Absolutely superb. Would be fie star if it had a today screen panel.

An excellent versatile programme - especially nice that you can mix and match a wide range of units

can't bring up maps. I download ok but no pictures; what can I do?

works fine on my HTC Touch (CDMA) from Telus (Canada) on original ROM/Windows Mobile 6.0
doug wrote...
Don't know if I did anything wrong but, when I retrieve the data, it opens my browser, rather than displaying the info within the program's interface. If that's the way it's supposed to work, then I'm not sure I see the point in that considering I can just use Windows Live search, Weather.com, msn, yahoo etc. etc... etc..

good help and tool for my job. I recomend it for flyers.

It is opening my default browser as well. I\'m using an HTC P4351, which is touch capable with Windows Mobile 6.

Think TODAY SCREEN Weather Watcher Mobile developers!!! You get this on the friggin Today Screen and you'll have beaten the competition! If not, well....if you do put it on the Today Screen, just use the icons...like Weather Bug Direct Beta. Now that program rocks, BECAUSE it's on the Today Screen! More cities...contact NOAA and ask them to send you the Excel file with all the cities they have. They'll likely do it and you can parse that data into the program...worsed they can say is no...

I have just started using this on my WM 6.1 XV 6800 and so far it is very nice. I do wish it had a Today Screen plug in of some sort, but in any case I just put an icon in my SPB Pocket Plus today screen launcher and it works nicely and seems to have very good coverage...at least of the US.

I have used and tried many weather apps, and I feel this is the best. It can provide weather for cities that some other apps cannot. A minor suggestion to the developer... it would be nice if users can sort/reorder the cities. Right now I have to manually edit the city file, but this is no big deal.

This sofware is great!!! Worked perfectly on my AT&T Tilt with Opera 9.5...It integrated with the phone flawlessly. I used is constantly for weather forcasts...But I just got the AT&T Fuze and for some reason it will not work with the the Opera version installed. Opera keeps opening just like the issue with Pre 1.0.12. Hopefully a fix is coming!!!I want to put this on my new phone
Dominic wrote...
htc hd. crap-loads opera web page in tiny unreadable font instead of loading data in application. potentially very good if not 4 this bug

This works great on my Mio A702. I like all the detail it gives and the possiblity of hourly forecasts and up to 10 days in advance. I put a shortcut on my today screen so it\'s easy to get to.

Works like a charm on AT&T Tilt with stock HTC WM6.1 rom.

its great application.
Modulus wrote...
This Application is just a Wrapper for Internet Explorer. As such, it won't be worth using with newer devices with Opera set as the default browser. Check out Pocket Forecast instead.
Ben wrote...
This is the best weather app I have found so far. I have looked at SPB Weather SBSH weather, Fizz Weather, and several others. Granted, what I am looking for in a weather app may be different from what the next person wants in a weather app. I like that it has plenty of data in the hourly view. Other programs just have temp and an icon of the general forecast (partly cloudy, etc.). I needed a program that could tell me by hour what the chance of precipitation and wind would be. This program does that and much more. One improvement would be to have tabbed browsing of the various cities. You could have the cities tabs in a row at the top, with the various other tabs embedded on each cities tab. This would make it perfect! 5 stars!

This is the best mobile weather program out there presently. -*- Important Note: If you use the Internet Browser Opera and have it set as your default browser then is causes the programs weather results to open in Opera. To work around this issue just open Opera tap on Menu -> Tools -> Setting -> Tap on the \'Misc.\' tab and uncheck the option \"Set Opera as default browser\".
