Nothing is sure yet but if we are to trust various leaks from Vodafone officials, the newest Palm, the Pre will head to the UK via Vodafone. And that's possibly going to be an exclusive deal which will consolidate Vodafone's position in the UK. And such a deal will let Vodafone get back at O2 which got the iPhone 3G exclusive deal last year.
The negotiation between Vodafone and Palm is still at the beginning so we're probably going to hear more news about this collaboration. But won't Palm want to get as many carriers in for selling its newest phone? After all the Pre is going to bring Palm back up where it should hang.

Such a shame if it does...i'd rather use tin cans and string than go back to Vodafones awful customer service. 02 have the iphone 3G and probably the next incarnation of the jesus phone, Vodafone have the storm, Orange have the Touch HD and T-mobile have the G1/G2. So lets be fare and offer it on all networks, hey Palm? It's the only way you'll make a big enough impression, fast enough, to get back in the game.
